The open-concept ground floor connects a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with an enchanting sea view. The villa features 4 elegant bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. The entire property is fully air-conditioned, equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi, and we provide a baby cot and high chair free of charge upon request.
Outdoor Wellness & Infinity Pool
The ground floor opens directly onto the terrace, dominated by a spectacular infinity pool with an open sea view. Right next to the pool, underneath a modern pergola, lies a private wellness oasis with a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a warm hydromassage jacuzzi. The outdoor area also includes a BBQ grill.
Basement Entertainment & Private Parking
In the spacious basement, there is a recreation and fitness room perfect for any weather conditions, equipped with ping-pong, foosball, darts, and a fitness corner. Inside the gated property, there is secured private parking for 4 vehicles, equipped with its own EV charging station .

For reservations until 31.01.2027, we grant a special discount of 10% for the period from 23.05.-08.07.2027 and for the period from 29.08.-18.09.2027.
House parties are not allowed.

Calendar
Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 60 days before arrival.
- If cancelled 45 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 70% of the total amount paid.
- If cancelled within 45 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 500,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
- The property is intended exclusively for the guests listed in the reservation. Visits by unregistered persons are allowed only with prior approval of the host, and their overnight stay is not allowed. Parties and events are not allowed, smoking is allowed exclusively in the outdoor area. Pets are not allowed. Children must be supervised by an adult, especially when using the pool. The guest is responsible for damage caused by his fault or the fault of the persons he is responsible for. We ask guests to respect our neighbors and keep quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM during their stay. Thank you
